I want to use this blog as a way to keep our families connected to our day-to-day lives. David and I are now married (!!!) and have moved back north. We are back in David's hometown, which is so exciting because his parents and brother (and family) live in the same city!!! The only downside is that my family is now a 6 hour drive away, and David's sister still lives in Virginia.. But that is one main reason for this blog. I want them to know and see our daily life as if they are there with us!
I also want to have something concrete to look back at. Big events get documented and remembered so easily. But the simple day-to-day gets forgotten so easily with the crazy schedules we have. Hopefully this blog will serve as a way for David and I to always remember the smaller pleasures in life. :)
I will leave you with some pictures of the wedding taken by some of my favorite people! And I will be sure to write a full post on the wedding weekend and honeymoon ASAP!
